The goal of Coach in the Classroom is to engage students in career and life skills activities, thus illuminating the link between today and tomorrow. Working with teachers to plan interactive lesson plans and workshops, our career professionals stimulate student interest in the future—their own future.
Coach in the Workplace
The goal of Coach in the Workplace is to provide students a variety of off-campus “career awareness field trips” continue to be offered in collaboration with our partner schools and field trip hosts.
Career Fair
The goal of this program is to work with San Francisco middle schools and high schools to organize career fairs whereby students may interact with a variety of career professionals representing a broad spectrum of disciplines. Career fairs allow students exposure to many professionals who would not otherwise be available to answer questions or offer direction. The objective is to plant seeds while at the same time identifying candidates for Pathways Coaches in the Workplace activities.
