Pathways works with San Francisco middle schools and high schools to organize career fairs whereby students may interact with a variety of career professionals representing a broad spectrum of disciplines. Career fairs allow students exposure to many professionals who would not otherwise be available to answer questions or offer direction. The objective is to plant seeds while at the same time identifying candidates for Pathways Coaches in the Workplace activities.
